Proceeds of this cookbook benefit Los Compadres, the official friends group of the San Antonio Missions National Historical Park. Each year, Los Compadres funds high-priority projects that enhance and preserve the Park. Book proceeds will be used for preservation, restoration, development, and education projects at each of the four mission sites and related historic irrigation systems.
